The second of the series of eight concerts to be given by the Boston Symphony Orchestra in Cambridge will take place in Sanders Theatre tomorrow night at 8 o'clock.  Josef Malkin, 'cellist, will be the soloist, and Dr. Karl Muck will conduct.  The program is as follows.     Single tickets for the concert are on sale at Kent's bookstore at $1 each.  The dates of the other six concerts are as follows:  December 9, January 13, February 24, March 23, and April 27.
