Notable Concerts Scheduled

Two concerts are scheduled for performance in the John Knowles Paine Concert Hall next week. The first, on Thursday evening, November4, will be given by Mr. Arthur Whiting and assisting artists, and is the first of the series of five Expositions of Chamber Music which will be given during the year. This concert is open only to members of the University.

The second concert scheduled for next week is a violin recital by Mr. Albert Spalding, the well-known American violin virtuoso, who will play on Friday evening, November 5. He will be accompanied by Andre Benoist; planist. Tickets for this concert, which is open to the public, may be obtained at Amee's Bookstores at $1,50 cents, and 25 cents each.
