Treasurer's Report Shows Surplus of $434.50 Exclusive of Red Book Receipts.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The following report of the financial status of the class of 1918 for the year 1914-15 has been submitted by G. A. Percy '18, secretary-treasurer.

The canvas last fall brought to the class treasury a large revenue with which to begin active work. This large contribution by the members of the class made possible the many smokers which were held during the second half-year. In fact the largest individual expenditure was the sum spent for the entertainments at the Union, which amounted to $984.00.

The money taken in for the class dinner proved more than enough to meet the expenses, the Dinner Committee handing over nearly $20.00 to the treasurer.

The surplus from the Freshman Red Book is not included in this statement, because the Red Book balance has not been added to the treasury but has been set aside to serve as a nucleus for the Senior Album. The report follows: CREDITS TO DATE. Class canvas,  $1,390.71 From Dinner Committee,  792.00 From Collection for Band for Yale game,  30.34 Total,  $2,213.05 EXPENDITURES TO DATE. To banquet,  $773.93 To smoker,  984.00 To incidentals,  20.62 Total,  $1,778.55 TOTALS. Total credits,  $2,213.05 Total expenditures,  1,778.55 Balance,  $434.50
