GOVERNMENT COURSES CHANGED

Effect of European War Has Made Itself Felt on Faculty.

Several important changes will be made in the courses offered by the Department of Government. Because of the fact that Professor F. J. Stimson has just been appointed by President Wilson ambassador to the Argentine Republic from the United States, his courses Government 16 and 19 will not be given this year. Government 14, which was to have been a half course during the first half year, will be given as a whole course at the hour announced for the half course by Professor A. D. Hart. The course on Federal Government, 11, will be offered during the second half of the year. These two changes have been made because the European troubles make it impossible for Professor Hart to go to the University of Berlin as exchange professor during the second semester.
