New Prize for Government Thesis

Morton D. Hull '89, of Chicago, Ill., has established an annual prize of $250, which will be offered under the auspices of the National Municipal League for the best thesis on a subject in municipal government. The competition will be open to graduate students in American universities. The committee which will have charge of the competition is: Professor W. B. Munro, Ph.D. '00, Professor H. L. McBain of Columbia University, and Professor L. S. Rowe of the University of Pennsylvania.
