LACROSSE LEAGUE SEASON OPENS

Team Faces Hobart in First Contest of Intercollegiate Series.

The University lacrosse team will play the first game of the Intercollegiate season with Hobart on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. Although the University's defense is still weak, the attack has shown good stick work, and should succeed in making things interesting today. The Hobart team defeated Stevens 8 to 4 last week, and in a practice game with Cornell lost only by a close score. The two teams will line-up this afternoon as follows: HARVARD.  HORART.
