Change in Leiter Cup Series

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Owing to the late bad weather and the nearness of examinations, the committee on the Leiter Cup Series has decided to do away with the usual round-robin series. Instead, the championship will be decided by ordinary elimination.

Yesterday's games resulted as follows: "Powerizers" 6, "Craigie Halls" 2; "Imperators" 16, "'At-a-Boys" 1. One game will be played this afternoon at 4 o'clock, the "Nom de Bums" playing the "Indoor Yacht Club." The default of the "Nom de Bums" was not allowed, so the teams must play today. Tomorrow the "Spiziwinktums" will play the "Hopefuls" while the "Horsehide Hammerers" will meet the "Maidatones." If the first two teams named have played their game, they are requested to notify the CRIMSON at once, so that another contest may be arranged.
