State Tennis Tourney Entries Open

The tournament for the Massachusetts state tennis championship in doubles will be held on the dirt courts of the Brae Burn Country Club, West Newton, on Saturday, May 30, and on following days. The tournament is open to all residents of the state, including all students at any college or school therein.

The winners of this tournament will be the Massachusetts state champions, and will win a leg on the challenge trophies, which become the permanent property of any team winning them three times, not necessarily in succession.

Entries should be sent to the Tennis committee, Brae Burn Country Club, West Newton, before 7 P. M., on Friday, May 29. An entrance fee of one dollar for each player will be charged.
