The annual convention of the Intercollegiate Civic League will be held at Columbia University, New York, N. Y., today, and at Washington, D. C., tomorrow. The League, of which President Lowell is an officer, is composed of 64 clubs throughout the country. The Undergraduate Economics Society is sending Homer M. Huggan '16, as a delegate. He will also represent the Speakers' Club and the Political Science Club.
