MR. ANGELL TO SPEAK TOMORROW

Will Deliver Address on "Foundations of International Polity."

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Mr. Norman Angell, author of "The Great Illusion," "Arms and Industry," etc., will speak on "The Foundations of International Polity," in the New Lecture Hall tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock. This lecture is one of the series given under the auspices of the International Polity Federation. Mr. Angell was to have opened the series with an address in February, but was delayed in his trip from London.

The Federation has placed for distribution a number of copies of "An Open Letter to the American Student" by Mr. Angell, at the Union, Phillips Brooks House and Memorial Hall. This pamphlet summarizes the views which Mr. Angell will expound in tomorrow's lecture, and should be of service to those who intend to hear him.
