The results of the second day of the University golf team trials, held at the Oakley Country Club, were as follows: F. Sargent '14 defeated L. H. Canan '17; S. P. Griffitts '15 defeated G. N. Richard '14; C. H. Kendall '16 defeated B. J. Frenkel '15; G. W. Aldrich, Jr., '17 defeated H. De Ford, Jr., '15; H. K. Caner, Jr., '15 defeated R. Whitney '17 and H. Goodspeed '16 defeated G. C. Ludlow '15.

The third series of matches will be played over the Oakley course this afternoon. The men will be paired off as follows: At 2 o'clock-F. Sargent '14 vs. H. De Ford, Jr., '15; E. P. Allis '15 vs. G. A. McCook '16; P. W. Simons '16 vs. S. P. Griffitts '15; C. D. McDuffie '16 vs. H. K. Caner, Jr., '15; H. Goodspeed '16 vs. B Duer '15, and F. C. Carleton '16 vs. G. W. Aldridge, Jr., '17. At 3 o'clock-F. I. Amory, Jr., '17 vs. W. Rand, 3rd, '17. The results of all matches should be reported to the manager before 6.30 o'clock.
