The second annual convention of the Intercollegiate League of German Clubs of America will be held at Columbia University today and tomorrow. W. E. Quinby '14, secretary of the league, and G. Priester uC., vice-president of the Deutscher Verein, will go to New York today as delegates of the Deutscher Verein.

The purpose of the league, which is composed of German organizations from 16 colleges, is "To encourage the study of the German language, and to more closely link our country with Germany in the tles of sympathy and friendship."
