President Charles W. Eliot will deliver the second lecture of the series, held under the auspices of the International Polity Federation in Emerson D, Monday evening at 8 o'clock. His subject will be "Some Roads Towards Peace." The talk will have to do with his recent trip around the world, and the conclusions about international relationship at which he has arrived. The meeting will be open to all members of the University.
