The sixteenth annual intercollegiate gymnastic meet, in which nine colleges are entered, will be held at New Haven this evening. Of the twelve men on the University team, only four will enter. Captain M. F. Gates '15 will compete in the parallel bars and horizontal bar, and Coach Wolf expects him to secure either a first or second place in both. Gates has done remarkable all-around work throughout the season, especially in the two above events, consistently winning first place in all the meets. W. Campbell '16 is also entered in the parallel bars and should certainly win a place. He has done excellent work this season and has shown more improvement than any other member of the team. The other entries for the University are P. M. Symonds '15 in club swinging, and R. G. McPhail '15 in tumbling.
