At a recent meeting of the Engineering Journal, the following men were elected to the Board as regular editors: William Clair Atwater 1G. S. of Beatrice, Neb.; Thomas Buel 1G. S., of New York, N. Y.; Anson Blake Gardner 1G. S., of New York, N. Y. Atwater was graduated from Bellevue College, Neb., Buel from Harvard, and Gardner from Yale.
