William H. Sweeney, of St. Paul, Minn., a junior in the Sheffield Scientific School, has been elected captain of the Yale hockey team for next year. He played right centre on the university team against Harvard this year, was also a member of last year's university team, and two years ago played on the freshman seven.

Joseph E. Otis, Jr., of Chicago was elected manager.
