Rules for History Degree Altered

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The following changes, to take effect with the class of 1914, have been made in the requirements for the Degree with Distinction in History, Government, and Economice. The changes will not vitally alter the course of study to be pursued by candidates for the degree, but correct and clarify the technical wording of the rules.

(a) The clause, "and not including more than two from the courses regularly open to Freshmen," has been changed to read "and not including more than two from the three introductory courses, History 1, Government 1, and Economics A."

(b) The clause, "if less than four of them are courses in History," has been changed to read "if four or more of them are courses in Government he will be recommended for the Degree with Distinction in Government."
