Hon. Bertrand Russell. M.A., exchange professor from the University of Cambridge, England, arrived last evening to take up his duties in the University for the second half-year. He is at present residing at the Colonial Club.
Professor Russell will deliver a course of eight lectures on "Scientific Method in Philosophy" at the Lowell Institute. The special subject of the first lecture which will be given Monday evening at 8 o'clock will be "Current Tendencies." The lectures will be given on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and will be open to the public.
