Candidates for the University lacrosse team will be called out at a meeting to be held in the Union on Monday, February 16. Several of the former captains will speak and the plans for the coming season will be outlined. Preliminary work will start immediately, practice being held in the baseball cage, two evenings in the week and afternoon drill behind the Gymnasium on the remaining days. This arrangement will continue until Soldiers Field is dry enough for regular practice. Seven players were lost by graduation and many new men are needed.

It is possible that Arthur Warwick, the Canadian professional, who coached the team in 1911 and 1912 may have the men in charge this year. This is not, however, final; as Mr. Warwick may again play on the Toronto team but competent coaching will be provided.
