The gymnasium sub-committees of the three upper classes will begin the collection of the overdue pledges today. It is hoped that those who owe money to the University gymnasium fund will be as prompt to answer the call for payment as they were to pledge their support last year. The sub-committees will report every day to the chairman of the Junior Gymnasium Committee and the results of each day's work will be published the following morning in the CRIMSON.
As several of the men on the sub-committee of the Senior class for the collection of the gymnasium fund failed to appear at the first meeting of the committee last Friday, it is necessary, in order to collect the pledges in the allotted time, that the following Seniors should meet in Hollis 9 tonight at 9.30 o'clock: W. H. Chatfield, N. Curtis, T. O. Freeman, G. F. Plimpton, A. C. Smith, F. H. Storms, L. M. Wright.
The Freshman sub-committee will also continue the canvass of their class. The first half-payment of Freshman pledges signed during the previous campaign fell due last week. The second payment will be due on April 1. Half of the amounts pledged by Freshmen in this week's campaign will be due April 1, the remainder on May 20.
