Retained for Debating Finals

The twelve men who were retained at the semi-final trials for the University debating team last evening, have been divided as follows for the final trials.

The following men will debate in the New Lecture Hall Saturday, February 28:

At 1 o'clock, affirmative, E. P. Felker 3L., C. A. Trafford '16, J. Bovingdon '15; negative, W. Goettling '16, B. C. Rodick 1G., H. Epstein '16. At 3.30 o'clock, affirmative, P. L. Sayre '16, E. R. Adams '14, B. H. Knollenberg 1L.; negative, R. L. West '14, F. Stern 3L., L. Brewer 3L.

The main speeches will be 12 minutes long, and each man will give a rebuttal of five minutes. Six men will be retained for the teams, together with three alternates. The best undergraduate speaker at these trials will be awarded the $100 Coolidge Debating Prize.
