Rare Old Manuscripts at Fogg

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The second exhibition since its recent opening has now been arranged at the Fogg Museum. Fourteen interesting and unusual manuscripts of the 13th and 15th centuries have just been received from the library of the Law School. Among these manuscripts, which are on exhibition for the first time today, are several copies of Magna Charta.

The Persian miniatures and manuscripts belonging to Mr. J. Pierpont Morgan '89, and which have been on display for the last two weeks, have been returned. The other miniatures will be removed today. In addition, the collections of Chinese porcelains and of oriental painting and sculpture will remain for the time being. These collections were loaned to the Museum by Miss Margaret Thomas, Dr. D. W. Ross '75, and others.
