To the Editors of the CRIMSON:
Owing to a misculculation in the program, the entertainment at the Union this evening will be a demonstration by the E. H. Thomas Company of the new Edison phonograph instead of a concert by the Pierian Sodality as previously announced. Despite the fact that we are unable to usher in these musical Friday evenings as auspiciously as we hoped, these entertainments are more of an event than might at first glance appear.
The artists procured are, for the most part, of wide reputation, whose only remuneration is the promise of a good, appreciative audience. Out of courtesy to them, then, as well as for our own enjoyment, and to ensure this form of entertainment for future classes, let us see to it that these musicales are well attended. H. LEON SHARMAT '15.
