Norman Angell to Lecture

The first of the series of lectures to be given by the International Polity Federation will be given tomorrow afternoon in Emerson D at 4.30 o'clock. Norman Angell, the noted English writer on International relations will speak on "The Foundations of International Polity." Mr. Angell is best known as the author of "The Great Illusion" which has appeared in hundreds of thousands of copies and in twenty-two languages. Mr. Angell is traveling through the United States delivering speeches to Chambers of Commerce in most of the important cities. This is the only lecture he will give at a university. The talk will be open to all members of the University.

At the close of the lecture Mr. Angell will endeavor to answer any questions which may be asked.
