Richard Sanger '15, of Cambridge, treasurer of the Lampoon, was elected president of the College Comics Association at the dinner of that organization held in New York City. J. L. Butler, business manager of the Yale Record was at the same time named secretary-treasurer. These men will hold office until the next election, which will take place in February or March. The association also adopted a constitution, and passed a set of by-laws.
