A memorial to Oliver Wendell Holmes '29 has been erected by his admirers, on the Charles River embankment, behind his former home at 296 Beacon street. The monument which is soon to be dedicated, is composed of a semi-circular exedra, or seat, and a sun-dial, both of marble.
