The members of the Union will hold a reception for the University eleven in honor of the victories over Yale and Princeton, in the Living Room of the Union on Tuesday, December 8 at 8 o'clock. Malcolm Donald '99, chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Union, who played on the University football team for three years, will preside.
The speakers of the evening will be Coach P. D. Haughton '99, ex-Captain C. E. Brickley '15, ex-Acting Captain W. H. Trumbull '15, and Captain E. W. Mahan '16. Coach Haughton's talk will be illustrated by a 1000-foot reel of moving pictures of the Yale game, and stereopticon views of the same contest. In addition to the speeches there will be songs and cheers, and the undergraduates will have a chance to show their appreciation of the team's work. This is practically the only such chance they will have, as the dinner in Boston is primarily for graduates.
