The second forum to discuss questions of timely interest will be held in Emerson A tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock, under the auspices of the Speakers' Club. The subject for discussion will be "The advisability of a large armament for the United States." The same rules that applied at the last forum will be enforced tomorrow. Each speaker will be allowed five minutes in which to present his opinions unless the house signifies its desire to have him continue for another five minutes.
Following the open discussion, Professor R. M. Johnston, M.A. '00, of the History Department, will give a summary of the situation. The meeting will be open to all members of the University.
