At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Student Council yesterday the following nominations for Freshman officers were made, in accordance with the rules of the Council:
For president--Horace Alonzo Quimby, 2d., of Springfield; William James Murray, of Natick.
For vice-President -- John Merryman Franklin, of New York, N. Y.; Morrill Wiggin, of Brookline.
For secretary-treasurer. -- Hampton Robb, of Cleveland, Ohio; Paul Squibb, of Bernardsville, N. J.
For Student Council (three to be elected)--Joseph Richards Busk, of New York, N. Y.; Powell Mason Cabot, of Brookline; Thomas Henry Enright, Jr., of Fall River; David Mason Little, Jr., of Salem; Moseley Taylor, of Boston.
The polls will be open on Friday, December 18 from 8 o'clock, to 6 o'clock, in the main hall of Phillips Brooks House. Additional nominations may be made by petition signed by 35 members of the Freshman class, and must be in the hands of W. H. Claflin, Jr., '15, Matthews 15, before 6 o'clock on Wednesday, December 16.
