Madame Vandervelde, wife of the Exprime minister of Belgium who is touring this country to raise funds for the starving and homeless Belgians, will give a lecture tonight in Tremont Temple, Boston, at 7.45 o'clock on "Conditions in Belgium." Admission will be free and a collection will be taken up to go to the relief of the Belgians. A chorus of Belgian refugees will sing their national anthems.
All members of the University are especially invited to be present. Members of the Cercle Francais will have reserved seats, tickets for which may be had between 11 and 12 o'clock at Grays 17.
