The University cross-country runners will meet the strong Yale team over the 6-mile course at Belmont tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock. Yale has some unusually fast runners this year and the team as a whole is very well balanced. Last Saturday Yale defeated the Princeton team with little trouble by the score of 24 to 32. While the New Haven runners will not be as difficult a proposition as was Cornell, the University team will have to race hard to bring in the first five men.
Before the University contest, the 1918 cross-country team will run the 3 mile Belmont course against the Yale freshmen. Little is known about the Yale 1918, team as thus far it has met no outside teams. The first five places for each side will count in both races. The makeup of the four teams will be announced tomorrow.
