Professor William H. Taft, of the Yale University Law School, will deliver the last of his series of three lectures on "The Presidency: Its Powers, Duties, Responsibilities and Limitations" in Lang dell Centre at 4.15 o'clock this afternoon.

In his second lecture, delivered yesterday afternoon, ex-President Taft continued with his discussion of the President's powers, giving special attention to his legislative power, and to the control which, as Commander-in-Chief of the Army, he exercises over outlying territories of the United States. He illustrated his points from his Philippine experiences.
