Ex-President William H. Taft, Professor of Law at the Yale Law Shool, will deliver the first of his series of three lectures on "The Presidency: Its Powers and Duties from a Constitutional and Legal Standpoint," in Langdell Centre at 3 o'clock this afternoon. Professor Taft's treatment of the subject will be from a technical rather than a popular viewpoint, and so, especially since the attendance from the Law School will be large, the lecture will not be open to the public, nor to the University at large.
Professor Taft will deliver the second and third of his lectures tomorrow at 3 o'clock and Friday at 4.15.
