To Look Up Belgian Refugees

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Dean Howard McClenahan of Princeton will leave for England on December 5 to examine the conditions of the Belgian refugees. He will spend two months on the trip, going first to England, then to Paris, and, if permitted, to Belgium.
