The second forum for the discussion of questions of timely interest under the direction of the Speakers' Club will be held next Thursday evening at a place to be announced later. The subject will be "The advisability of a large armament for the United States." The same rules that applied at the last forum will be enforced on Thursday. The speaking will be entirely informal and will take place from the floor. Each speaker will be allowed five minutes in which to present his opinions unless the house signifies its desire to have him continue for another five minutes. Professor R. M.
