In this column on Saturday we urged members of the University to take more than a passing interest in the present European war. Today there is printed in another column a direct appeal to Harvard men by the American Red Cross. This appeal should not be passed by but should be received with interest and attention. No organized aid has yet been rendered by Harvard towards the war sufferers beyond a collection made in the Stadium. The CRIMSON suggests that the four undergraduate classes take steps to see what aid Harvard can contribute to the relief of the war sufferers.
