ADDED ATTRACTIONS IN REGISTER

Illustrations and Directory to be Included in New Volume.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The University Register will be put on sale in about two weeks. The material is now in the hands of the printer. While the exact date of issue cannot be determined, it will probably appear on or about December 8.

The Register this year has been changed in important particulars, both as to its management and its make-up. It is now under the direct management of the Student Council, which appoints the president and vice-president. The other positions on the board are competitive. There is further, a Graduate Advisory Committee, consisting of E. D. Brandegee '81, M. A. DeW. Howe '87, and R. Pierce '04.

The volume has also been changed for the better in other ways. The shape has been altered, bringing it into album form rather than that of the ordinary book. This year a complete directory of officers and students of the University will appear. This feature was omitted last year, but the need of it was strongly felt. Perhaps, however, the most striking change in the book is the presence of illustrations of the major sport teams. The management thinks that they have offered a volume that every undergraduate will find it profitable to buy.
