RUNNERS COMPETE FOR TITLE

CROSS-COUNTRY TEAM ENTERS INTERCOLLEGIATE RACE TOMORROW.

The intercollegiate cross-country meet at New Haven tomorrow will mark the end of this season for the University team. Harvard's runners will compete with Yale, Cornell, Princeton, Brown, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dartmouth, University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania State Syracuse, Colby, College of the City of New York, and Columbia. Of this list of entries Gornell is the favorite. Hoffmire, probably the fastest long distance man in the country, Windnagle, Potter, Corwith, and Speiden are the stars of the team and will undoubtedly make an excellent showing.

The University runners are in good condition after the severe training of the past two weeks and will undoubtedly give a good account of themselves against their formidable opponents. The runners will arrive in New Haven tomorrow morning, the race being called at 11 o'clock. The following men will make the trip: B. S. Carter '15, R. N. Davison '17, K. E. Fuller '16, Captain H. G. MacLure '15, C. Southworth '15, R. T. Twitchell '16, G. L. Wilson '15, and B. V. Zamore '15.
