Active steps are being taken at New Haven towards raising money for the aid of the Red Cross in Europe. For the furtherance of this project a collection will be taken at the time of the Harvard-Yale game on Saturday. The work is being undertaken by the Yale undergraduate Red Cross relief committee, in co-operation with the Yale Alumni Weekly and the Yale Daily News. The collection, it is hoped, will raise enough to place more motor ambulances in the field. Checks should be made payable to Albert H. Ely, Jr., Treasurer of the Red Cross Fund, Yale Daily News.
The collection taken at the Yale-Princeton game last Saturday netted $3,927.49, while that taken at the Harvard-Princeton game the week before totaled $3,883.44.
