Owing to head winds and rather choppy water in the Basin yesterday, it was thought advisable to postpone the singles race for the Regent's Cup until today. The course will be a mile in length starting at the Cottage Farm Bridge and ending at the Harvard Bridge. The race will be called at 4.15 o'clock.
