Talbot, E. L. Tiffany, and R. T. Whistler. The news aspirants are: G. W. Benedict, Jr., J. B. Burnham, K. P. Culbert, W. P. Darling, R. T. Fry, D. S. Gates, R. C. Kelley, A. B. North, S. B.
