Plans of Sophomore Debaters

The 1917 Debating Society held its second meeting of the year last night in the Union. The constitution prepared by the committee appointed at the last meeting was adopted. Plans for the year will include informal discussions at most of the meetings, the subjects being announced beforehand. Several debates with outside organizations will be arranged.
