In this column yesterday morning the CRIMSON reminded students in the University of opportunities too often neglected, and suggested the cultivation of the habit of going to the valuable extra-curriculum activities in this community.

The special service this evening in Appleton Chapel, an excellent example of this sort of activity, is given for the particular purpose of presenting to the class of 1918 a chance to know just what the Chapel services really are. The talks by President Lowell, Dean Briggs, Dean Thayer, and Professor Moore will be of very great value in aiding the Freshmen to cultivate the habit of attending Chapel. In fairness to himself every member of the class of 1918 should attend Chapel tonight.
