The question of building a tunnel from the Boston Elevated power station through to the Yard for the purpose of carrying heat to the College buildings will be definitely decided before the Board of Aldermen on Tuesday, January 13. The project was discussed at length before the board at its last meeting and every phase of the question gone over preparatory to its settlement.
