At the annual business meeting of the St. Paul's Society held in the Noble Room of Phillips Brooks House yesterday evening, the following officers were elected for the ensuing year: president, Perry Gwynne More Austin '13, of Santa Barbara, Cal.; vice-president, Arnold Whitman Knauth '12, of New York; secretary, George Faulkner Plimpton '11, of Buffalo, N. Y.; treasurer. Charles Gouveneur Hoffman '13 of New York.

After the business of the meeting had been concluded Dean DeWitt, of the Western Theological School, addressed the society.
