Professor Karl Rathgen, the well known economist of the University of Hamburg, will lecture on "The Industrial Expansion of Germany since 1870" in Emerson D tonight at 8 o'clock. The lecture will be free and open to members of the University.

Mr. Graham Wallas, reader in Political Science at the University of London, will give the fourth of his series of lectures on "The Man Behind the Vote" at the Lowell Institute tonight at 8 o'clock. The lecture will be free and open to the public, but admission will be by ticket only.

Professor Ernst Von Dobschuts will give the thirteenth and last of his series of lectures on Christianity and Hellenism in Emerson J this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. His subject will be "Die Christliche Antike in Literature and Kunst." The lecture will be in German and open to the public.
