SOPHOMORE PLEDGES NEEDED

ELECTRIC LIGHT COMMITTEE MUST HAVE COMPLETE SUM THIS WEEK.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In order that the total amount required for the installation of electric lights in the Senior Dormitories may be completed $138 is still needed and it is essential that this sum be pledged before the end of the week. The whole amount is expected to come from the Sophomore Class, since the plan is that the Juniors pledge $1500 and the Sophomores $1000. The Juniors have contributed their share and it is up to the Class of 1915 to secure the success of the scheme by pledging the remaining sum as soon as possible. The whole sum must be collected by the end of the week. It is essential that this be done immediately, since the Corporation has already voted to bear its share of the total sum required and the contracts can not be awarded until the amount pledged by the undergraduates has been completed. The present plans call for the installation of the equipment before the opening of College in September.
