CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY AT 4

HITCHCOCK IN BOX TODAY FOR HARVARD.--BATTING ORDER UNCHANGED.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The University baseball team is scheduled to meet Catholic University on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 4 o'clock in the eighth game of the home series. Catholic University, like Lafayette, is well advanced in form, having started play very early this year. The team was defeated yesterday by the strong Holy Cross nine, which meets Harvard at Worcester Saturday, by the score of 4 to 2.

Harvard will again use the batting order with Hardwick at second and Clark behind the bat, the only change being Hitchcock who will start in the pitcher's box. It is probable that Felton will be saved for the Holy Cross game on Saturday.

The batting orders: HARVARD.  CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY. Frye, r.f.  2b., Zachary Wingate, s.s.  s.s., Hayes Clark, c.  c.f., Donnelly Ayres, 1b.  c., McDonnell Gannett, c.f.  1b., Pipp Hardwick, 2b.  3b., Horan Tomes, 3b.  l.f., Lynch Milholland l.f.  r.f., Bain Hitchcock, p.  p., Trayers, Green
