There has been some misunderstanding in regard to the class tennis tournaments which are to start Monday. In brief, the plan is as follows: each class tournament is open to all members of the class except those on the University squad. The winner of each tournament will be class champion, but, in the case of the three upper classes, he must first play a representative of his class chosen from the University squad for the privilege of competing for the championship of the College. Cups will be given to each class champion and to the winner of the College championship.
This change has been made because of the increased number of matches the University team has this year.
The following men are on the University squad and will not be able to play in the class tournament: J. C. Deverenx '14, E. R. Hastings, Jr., '14, A. J. Lowrey, '13, W. M. Washburn '15, O. Williams '14, E. H. Whitney '14, E. H. Woods '14.
