CHANGE IN UNIVERSITY CREW

MONDAY'S RACE CAUSED SHAKE-UP IN PREPARATION FOR CORNELL.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Th first University crew practice since Monday's race resulted in a radical shake-up yesterday afternoon. Harwood was moved from 6 to stroke Pirnie going to the second boat; L. Curtis displaced Mills at 5; MacVicar was changed from 3 to 4; Morgan from 7 to 3, and H. H. Meyer coming up from the second boat took Morgan's place at 7.

The results of the change were very satisfactory and it seems probable that the present order will be held over the Cornell race. Coach Wray gave the eight a long row to the lower bridge, and with Harwood stroking, it displayed much improvement, being noticeably better in timing at a high stroke.

The orders:

First crew--Stroke, Harwood; 7, H. H. Meyer; 6, Goodale; 5, L. Curtis; 4, MacVicar; 3, Morgan; 2, Trumbull; bow, Reynolds; cox., C. T. Abeles.

Second crew--Stroke, Pirnie; 7, Murray; 6, G. vonL. Meyer; 5, Mills; 4, Gardiner; 3, Stratton; 2, Fuller; bow, Carver; cox., A. T. Abeles.
